Office Environments is one of the largest Steelcase dealers in the Southeast and as such needed a bright, clean canvas to showcase their wares. The vision was to create large open areas where the employees and their clients could interact with the products. They chose Tyler 2 to overhaul the offices and showroom. adding a row of new 12-foot windows in the break room and cutting into the front corner of the building with a sizeable new storefront.

Special Feature:
The design included a combination of pre-fab feature walls and a demountable wall system; both would need to fit seamlessly into the walls and ceilings. We kept the building secure while installing temporary shoring, then cut the opening, installed structural steel supports, field measured for a new storefront system, and re-secured the building — in the middle of winter.
