The scope of this uplift project involved full demolition of the existing structure, and building back a new space. Working with a buildout on an old parking deck offered challenging existing conditions our team was ready to handle. The Tyler 2 team brought in our scheduling expertise to coordinate all components of the project to allow for a successful completion within the timeframe and budget.

Special Feature:
The suite in this space was separated diagonally, and had different colors and finishes on each side.
