This six-floor project in South Charlotte is the new headquarters space for the Albemarle Corporation, a specialty chemical company. A vibrant new open office environment was created to attract and retain talent, allowing associates to work in different environments and encouraging “creative collisions” with a game room and cafe.

Special Feature:
The project is targeting a LEED® Commercial Interiors Gold level certification.
