Capital Bank – Piedmont Town Center
A 23,000 sq.ft. interior renovation on the 4th floor of Piedmont Town Center in the Southpark area of South Charlotte included creating an open office, mulitiple conference rooms and a training facility to house their commercial, retail, private and business banking services.
Special Feature:
The nature of this construction site meant there wasn’t a place for a dumpster on site, and the noise ordinance meant debris removal was to be done at specific times, and scheduled 48 hours in advance. Naturally, we accommodated all requirements.
