To create the ideal space for the new Peppervine Restaurant, the Tyler 2 team completed an 8,000 sq.ft. renovation of an existing restaurant space with a mezzanine. The construction included a private dining room, new bar, new kitchen equipment, and all new finishes.

Special Feature:
Our team reworked the plumbing, HVAC and electrical, and replaced a load-bearing partition with steel framing to accommodate the beautiful new layout.
