ABC Store Mora Point
After a competitive bid adventure, the Tyler 2 team secured the opportunity to build this new ABC Store at Mora Point in Charlotte. We built this new store from the ground up, constructing a 7,590 sq.ft. building.
We brought in our site work, concrete, masonry, longboard panels, glazing, roofing, MEP’s, drywall, ceiling and flooring experts to ensure we stayed within a tight budget without overruns.
Special Feature:
Perhaps the most special feature of all: the project was completed on time and on budget despite several rain delays, thanks to the planning expertise of Tyler 2.
