Our task for this Pressley Warehouse GI Property was to construct a new 7,905 sq.ft. building consisting of two separate suites and warehouses. To pull this off successfully, we brought in our Tyler 2 specialists in site work, masonry, concrete, drywall, ceilings, glazing, MEP’s, FastPlank paneling, and more.

Our team coordinated material deliveries along with carefully scheduled contractors work hours, as the project site was quite small. Those efforts allowed us to successfully utilize the site.
