The Charlotte Surgery Center Museum Campus was an existing 14, 500 sq. ft. fully functional out-patient surgical facility. The Tyler 2 team added a 5,200 sq. ft. addition, constructing a new mansard and replacing the roof, and renovating all surgery and prep rooms.

Special Feature:
All renovations, including the demo, building addition and roof replacement were performed while the surgery center remained fully operational, and measures were taken to ensure infection control.
